Training materials have been constructed to fit the assigned training and will be handed out on the 1st day of class.

Fees
All fees will be fowarded via email. A $25.00 registration fee is due within 48 hours of registering for the designated training. An email will be forwarded to confirm registration. The remaining fee is due (24hours) after the EXAM day in electronic form. Trainings and exam fees MUST be paid 24 hours AFTER the training has been completed.
If the fee is not paid within the 24 hour time frame, the training paper work and exam content will not be filed with the Illinois Department of Public Health.
